Recently, an end user that had a Dell, Windows 10 systemreported an issue with opening Excel and Word attachments within Outlook. I would take approximately 30 seconds for the document to open. Adobe andother attachments would open quickly. It was only Excel and Wordattachments taking a long time to open. After trying serval things; I found that it was the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver that needed to beupdated.
